6 lbs. chopped Pawpaw fruit
6 lbs. sugar
2 oz. green ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Pawpaw should be 3/4 ripe. Remove all skin and seeds from fruit. Chop into small pieces. Weigh fruit and add sugar. Cut ginger into small slices and tie in a cloth. Add ginger to fruit and sugar. Cover and let the sugar dissolve during the night. Boil up the next morning until done.
