2 cups flour (sifted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup frozen orange juice (undiluted)
2 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp melted shortening
1 egg (well beaten)
1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased 5 x 9" loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
