1 1/2 pounds seasoned ground sausage
6 slices white bread with crust
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain fat.
Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl mix eggs, milk, and mustard.
Add sausauge and pour mixture over bread.
Cover and place in fridge for several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until lightly browned.
