1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup sour milk
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Stir soda into sour milk and add to mixture. Add mashed bananas. Combine salt, flour, baking powder and add to mixture. Stir in Watkins Vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Bake at 350º for one hour in greased loaf pan.
