2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 cup molasses
1/3 tsp. salt
1 cup sour milk
1/2 tsp. Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Watkins Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, beat in sugar. Add egg yolks and molasses. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk. Add beaten egg whites. Fill greased muffin cups two thirds full. Bake about 20 minutes in 425 oven.
