1 pound cubed beef
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 tsp. Watkins Garlic Salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp Watkins Ginger
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 15-1/2 ounce can pineapple chunks and juice
Rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
combine soy sauce, Watkins Garlic Salt, brown sugar, Watkins ginger, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add beef, coating well with mixture. cover tightly and refrigerate (6-24 hours), turning beef occasionally in mixture. Remove beef from mixture and brown in a skillet. Add pineapple chunks and juice to beef and summer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over fluffy rice or noodles
