6 pork chops
Oil, to brown pork chops
2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 quart water
6 carrots
1 onion, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan, brown pork chops in a little oil. While chops and browning, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and water in a large crock pot. Add pork chops, carrots and onion to crock pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for about 8 hours.
