1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 cake yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp shortening (melted)
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix into pan water, yeast, sugar, salt and shortening. Mix well. Sift flour into mixture. Add in egg. Let rise. Shape into rolls. Let rise. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
