2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 ob skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 med onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 C Swanson or Natural Goodness chicken broth
(homemade chicken broth may be substituted)
1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 C. of water
3 oz. spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in saucepan over med-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Remove chicken.
Add remaining oil and heat over med. heat. Add onion and cook 1 minute. Add celery and garlic.
Cook 1 minute.
Add broth, soup and water. Heat to a boil.
Add pasta. Cook about 10 or until pasta is tender. Add chicken and parsley, if desired and heat through
