24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
1 (1.6 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing dry mix
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing mix with cottage cheese. Just before serving add vegetables. Will keep for several days in refrigerator, if you do not add tomatoes until serving time.
