1 can sauerkraut (1 lb.), chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 can pimentos, chopped
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Good with fish. Will keep a week or more in refrigerator.
