1 lg. cabbage, chopped fine
1 or 2 bell peppers, chopped
2 carrots, chopped fine
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze cabbage dry. Add bell pepper and carrots.
Make dressing; mix and boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Cool and pour over cabbage. Mix well. Package and freeze. May be thawed and re-frozen. (If more sweetness is desired, reduce vinegar to 1 cup and increase water to 3/4 cup)
