6-7 lb. brisket (trimmed) liquid smoke onion salt garlic salt celery salt worchestershire sauce Kraft bbq sauce
Marinate brisket in liquid smoke, onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove about 1 hour before baking. Douse with worchestershire, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Take cover off. Pour bbq sauce over brisket and bake one more hour (uncovered).
