1 chopped onion
2 lbs ground beef (browned)
1 (4 oz) green chili's
3 (16 oz) cans stewed tomatoes (or 2 cans tomatoes and 1 can tomato sauce)
3 beef bullion cubes
1 can black beans
2 cans kidney beans
1 can white beans
(you can do whatever combination of beans you like… make sure to drain and rinse)
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 package taco seasoning
1 small can mexi corn (opt)
1/1/2 c water (as needed)
1 c salsa (opt)

Directions are so simple...
Throw everything in a large pan or crockpot and heat through!
Serve with sour cream if desired.
