1/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 dried apricots, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 slices of onion
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. boned, skinned chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
In sealable plastic bag, combibe all ingredients. Seal. Allow to marinate several hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350. Transfer chicken with marinade to baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes.
