3 lbs whole chicken, bone in (legs and thighs are great). You can also use boneless breasts. ½ c ketsup ¼ c water ¼ c brown sugar 1 package onion soup mix
Grease baking dish. Lay the chicken in one layer all over the pan. Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can also cook this in the crock pot. Sometimes I double the sauce mix for a "saucy" version!
