3 lbs whole chicken, bone in (legs and thighs are great). You can also use boneless breasts.
c ketsup
c water
c brown sugar
1 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish.
Lay the chicken in one layer all over the pan.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
You can also cook this in the crock pot. Sometimes I double the sauce mix for a "saucy" version!
