1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Melt chips and butter, add milk and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes ~ stir constantly. Then add vanilla.
