Salmon Patties Recipe

1 (15 oz) can Salmon
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, cut fine
4 Tbls. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls. flour
2 Tbls. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Cup cracker crumbs

Do not drain salmon; flake with a fork. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into patties, adding more cracker crumbs if needed.
Fry patties in hot oil on low heat until browned.
