2 8oz. cans chopped green chilis
1 lb. monterey jack cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
8 oz. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese together ~ Layer in a 9x13 pan
1/2 cheese, chilis, 1/2 cheese ~ Mix milk, eggs and flour then pour over cheese evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes ~ take out and pur salsa over top. Cook 5 minutes more.
