2 c. flour
1c. corn meal (dry)
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 c. evaporated milk
4 eggs seperated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter and add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Mix milk and egg yolks together. Add milk mixutre and butter to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed and fold in mixture. Put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
