2c flour
1/2c sugar
3T baking powder
2 eggs
1/4c oil
1t vanilla
milk to consistency

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients add vanilla after mixing or vanilla will deactivate the baking powder. add milk to consistency, batter should cling to beaters yet run on freely. heat in pan with spray oil over very low heat. bubbles will appear and then break, now they are ready to flip. heat a few minutes more and remove.
pancakes should be golden brown on both sides.
