1 lb. ground beef
1 cup raw rice
3 1/2 cup boiling wate
Salt to taste
Sm. can mushrooms
2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. soy sause

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice in salt and water. Brown meat, celery, onions and mushrooms. Drain. Add rice with water and butter. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove lid and bake 1/2 hour.
