7 c. sliced or cubed potatoes 6 c. water ½ c. flour 1 onion diced 1 ½ c. milk powder 2 tsp. white pepper 1 large can sliced mushrooms 250 gms. canned ham, diced in 1/2" cubes 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Parboil potatoes until firm but not crunchy. In another large saucepan, mix the 6 c. of water with the other ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, until thick. Add mushrooms, ham and cheese. Drain potatoes, mix in cream sauce with potatoes. Pour into 7x11 pan. Cook 350° for 1¼ hours. Serves 5.
