1 lb. minced pork or beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dried sage
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp. marjoram
½ tsp. summer savory
¼ tsp. coriander.

Mix together and fry but don’t break into small pieces. Allow the sausage to be in clumps.
