1 lb. bulk sausage
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper (mix of hot and mild peppers)
2 cups of elbow macaroni
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onions and green pepper at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. Add macaroni, tomatoes, sour cream, milk and seasonings. Bring to a boil, simmer at 250 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
