2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked 12-16oz sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp margarine Milk Salt and Pepper Non-stick spray
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray. Cut cheese into small chunks and put into casserole dish. Add macaroni and margarine. Stir until mixed together. Add milk to just cover the macaroni. Stir together. Bake at 350 for 45 mins to 1 hour. Top should be slightly browned.
