1 single pie pastry
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
3/4 lb. lean bacon, crispy
4 eggs
1 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of ground nutmeg
1 cups half & half
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of the pastry crust with Swiss cheese. Arrange crumbled bacon on top of cheese. Beat eggs with flour, salt, cayenne, nutmet. Add milk and melted butter. Pour mixture over bacon & cheese. Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes til set.
