2 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 t vanilla
1 c cocoa
2 c hot water
3 c flour
2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Mix together oil, sugar, vanilla and beaten eggs. Dissolve cocoa in hot water. Add alternately with dry ingredients.

Put into a 13"x9" greased pan or 2 greased 9" pans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

When cooled, frost as desired.
