2 lb. baby carrots
2/3 C white Wine Vinegar
1/2 C honey
2 Tbsp mustard seed
2 Tbsp dill weed
1 teas salt

Directions:
Directions:
To 1 inch of water, add carrots to boiler. Steam 5-6 minutes. Drain.
In bowl mix remaining ingredients and carrots. Cover & refrigerate over night. Serve.
