2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
1 teas thyme
1/2 teas dill
1/2 teas sage
1/4 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper
1/4 teas cayenne pepper
2 C. cooked rice
4 bacon strips crumbled
1 med cabbage
1 C & 4 oz Mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, onion & garlic (med. heat)
Drain then stir in 1 Can tomato sauce & seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes, stir in rice & bacon, heat through then turn off. In a 13 inchX9inchx2inch casserole dish layer 1/2 the mixture over 1/3 cabbage. Top with cabbage layer rice/meat then cover with cabbage. Top with 1 can tomato sauce, cover and bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 min after adding cheese to top of dish.
