4 C shredded cabbage
2 C shredded carrots
2 med. Golden apples
1 C raisins
1/2 C walnuts
honey to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 C sour cream
1/4 teas. salt
1/8 teas. pepper
1/8-1/4 teas ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins & walnuts in small bowl. Combine honey & lemon juice then stir in sour cream, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Stir in cabbage mixture to dressing mixture. Serve chilled.
