Ingredients:  
1 Pork Tenderloin at least 3/4 - 1 inch thick (so you can make a pocket by cutting in half while leaving the outside edge on 3 sides uncut.)
1/2 cup Chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup minced fresh Parsley
1/4 Tsp. dried Rosemary crushed
1/4 Salt
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1 Egg Beater
1 Bacon Strip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut a pocket in the Tenderloin.
2. Chop up onion
3. Melt butter
4. Cook Bacon Strip
5. Mix all ingredients together
6. Insert into pocket of Tenderloin
7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for 1-1 1/2
hours til done.
8. Slice into 3/4 inch servings
