1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 C shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp lemon ext
1 tsp vanilla ext
2 C flour
2 C oatmeal (quick)
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp bkg powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening & sugar, add eggs and flavorings. Mix dry ingredients & blend with first mixture. Make into balls and press down with a fork or fingers.

Bake at 400º for 10 - 12 minutes.
