9 ounces fine noodles,
3 pounds hamburger meat,
2 chopped onions,
3 sliced garlic cloves,
1 chopped green pepper,
2 cans tomtoes,
1 12ounce can whole corn,
1 can mushrooms,
1 can ripe olives,
1 can sliced water chestnuts,
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning,
pinch of sugar,
salt and pepper to taste,
1/2 pound New York State cheese, sliced.

Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Saute hamburger meat, onions, garlic and pepper until meat is no longer pink. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer 1/2 hour. Remove from heat and add cheese and noodles. Put in large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 until bubbly.

To freeze, line casserole dish with foil, fill dish, freeze, remove dish and wrap for storage. Doesn't hinder good flavor
