1 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
3 C flour
1 1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 C oats
1 C chocolate chips
1/2 C nuts chopped

Cream first five ingredients and then sift in mixed dry ingredients. Bake 350º for 12 min.
