1/3 cup tarragon wine vinegar
2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Combine all ingredients and heat in saucepan 5 minutes over low heat. Serve lukewarm or cold.
