2 egg whites at room temperature 2/3 sugar Pinch of salt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup finely chopped pecans 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Add salt, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased aluminum foil. Place in oven, turn off oven immediately and leave overnight. Store in air tight container.
