Directions:CRUST: CREAM: butter, sugar, vanilla and blend in flour. SPREAD DOUGH ON BOTTON OF 9' SPRINGFORM PAN AND 1 1/2" UP ON SIDES. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- FILLING: CREAM: Sugar and cheese, add egg and vanilla WHIP UNTIL SMOOTH AND POUR INTO PAN. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TOPPING: TOSS APPLES W/ SUGAR AND SPICE. LAYER OVER CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE & TOP WITH NUTS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450º - BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINUTES , LOWER TO 400º & COOK 25 MINUTES MORE. Let cool before removing from pan. |
