1 c. butter
1 t. vanilla
½ c. 10 x sugar
2 ½ c. all purpose flour
½ c. finely chopped pecans
10x sugar to dust

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter until light brown. Cool in fridge. Cream browned butter with sugar and vanilla till light & fluffy.
Gradually add flour. Blend then stir in pecans.
Chill several hours.
Shape into 1” balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 350º F. Remove to wire rack.
Dip in 10x sugar while hot. Re-dip when cool.
Yield: 2 ½ Dozen
