1 lb ground beef
1 8oz package nacho cheese Doritos
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 pint cottage cheese
1 7 oz can ortega green chilies, diced
1 small can chopped black olives
1 taco seasoning spice packet
1 bag shredded jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is cooked, drain off fat and add tomato sauce, onions and olives. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and green chiles together. Set aside. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In the bottom of the pan, crumble 1/2 of the Doritos. Add a layer of meat, a layer of sour cream mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in 300 oven for 15-30 minutes until bubbly.
