Peanut Butter Cookie Dough (frozen roll)
2 8oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 peeled Granny Smith apples cut into chunks, 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Flatten cookie dough onto a cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes at 350º until brown. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread onto cooled cookie. Top with apples and nuts. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.

You can use a round pizza pan instead of a cookie sheet. Can also use light cream cheese, if desired.
