4 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. lard
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
7 c. flour (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dough. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and press flat with a fork. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done.

I add some nuts. Watch when baking. These keep real good and can be frozen.
