1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 2/3 Tbsp. margarine 1 - 10 oz package chopped frozen broccoli 1 can chicken mushroom soup 1 cup of cooked rice 1- 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
Preheat oven to 350 F. Sauté celery and onion in margarine. Cook broccoli as per the instructions on package. Mix together celery, onion, soup,rice and Cheez Whiz. Add broccoli and pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
