2 large tart apples
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 pastry shell

Brown sugar topping:
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples in slices. Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon into shell. Bake at 400º for 25 min. Remove and add topping and bake 20 min. more or until browned.
