3 lbs. sirloin steak
1 chopped onion
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cans mushrooms
11/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sherry
8 oz. sour cream
flour to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in 1/4" x 1" strips. Saute in butter, add onion and brown lightly. Add onion soup mix and 1/2 c water. Simmer 1 1/4 hours: Add mushrooms, water as needed and milk. Thicken, Simmer gentlyy. Add sherry, lastly add sour cream just to boiling point. Serve over noodles.
