1/2 pound butter
6 eggs
1 pound brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 pound chocolate chips
1 pound M&M's
9 cups quick oats
1-2 cups walnuts or pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheets.

Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.

Mix oats, chips, etc. in large roaster pan. Mix with the butter mixture (this is work!).

For big cookies, scoop batter with ice cream scream scoop, placing scoops on greased cookie sheet, and flattening slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on sheet a few minutes before removing.
