1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup chopped celery
2-4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pound crab meat or shrimp (or half and half combination)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper, onion, and celery in butter. Add all remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs and put in a shallow casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes if seafood is already cooked.
