1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c. peeled chopped apples

Mix oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs. Add flour, soda, cinnamon
and apples. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans. Or the 4 mini
loaves of Pampered Chef. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 300 or until
