2 sticks butter
3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c flour sifted
pinch of soda
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp buttermilk
cinnamon and brown sugar mixed together in sprinkle jar or by hand.
Directions:
Directions:
cream butter and sugars and add egg. Combine flour, soda and salt and add to butter mixture alternately with buttermilk.

Drop by 1/2 tsp of dough on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon & sugar mixture and cool.
