1 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. milk
1/2 T. chopped garlic (1/4 tsp dried)
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp crushed ground red papper flakes
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 T. sour cream


Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with tortilla
